Karate

Brycen recently went to a karate seminar taught by Master DePalma. He was trying to get them to focus more while they where doing their Kata's. Master DePalma asked them to look at themselves in the mirror as they visualised the Kata. He wanted them to have an intense expression to at least make it look like they were focused. He wanted them to intimidate their opponent

Here is Brycen's intimidating face. He is really focused. Brycen hates the punching drills. He says they are boring. This is his Universal Staff Kata.

I did not get a good enough picture of this. I laugh every time I watch him do his katas. He always bites the side of his mouth. I guess it helps him concentrate.
